we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

   • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

   • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

   • Items purchased on clearance, or as final-sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Process

   • To initiate a return, please email us at HQ@tyrant.com.my with your order number and reason for return.

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

3. Refunds

   • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

   • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

   • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or incorrect items.
